I just bought a Berkline sofa over a month ago. I have had 3 delivered and have rejected all of them due to defects. The first had stitching coming loose on the seats. The second one has minor tears on the leather and some unusual looking manner in which the seams do not appear lined up correctly. The third one did not make it in my house as it had tears in the leather and stitching that was coming loose. These were all assembled in TN but using parts from China. I would say berkline has no quality control in some part of their couch building process. It appears to be in the parts building process as stitching is a major issue. I also am doubtful about the long term durability if these immediate defects are popping up. Oh by the way my last couch was the last one in inventory and has been discontinued therefore I need to choose another couch or put up with the sub par quality.

IMO if comfort is a big issue then go sit on sofas until you find one you like , there is no way to guess comfort from a picture.

I've sat, jumped, and even practiced my amateur gymnastics routine on this beauty (don't worry, I'm not that heavy) and it's still standing strong. The seams are stitched tighter than my favorite pair of skinny jeans, and the fabric is smoother than a baby seal. 🌊 And can we talk about the customer service? Dreamsofa.com's team was more helpful than a superhero team-up, and let me tell you, I was NOT an easy customer! I have been researching modular sectionals for our great room which has me a little overwhelmed at all the choices. I keep seeing Maiden home and RH Cloud modular come up in "top modular sectionals" but after futher research both fall short on quality, durability and customer service so I am taking them off the list. I have a dog and 2 cats and teens so I need durability. Cost is not an issue as long as I am getting quality for my money I am not interested in trends or fad designers with shotty quality no matter how "pretty" it seems in the photos or how many instagram followers or positive posts they have. This has burned me in the past and i am fully aware now most of what you read and see online are faux reviews.. I would love to hear from real people who actually have had their sectionals for a good bit of time and truely satified with their purchase.
