AllForm Modular Sofa experience vs. other Comfortable sectionals

Hello! Has anyone bought or used the new direct-to-consumer brand of modular sofas called Allform? The quality looks great, made in the US and has options for various arrangements/adding pieces in the future (similar to LoveSac, but not as pricey).

They do offer a 100-day risk-free return with a full refund. It does seem a bit uncomfortable form the pictures, though. Ideally, I'd like something a bit more cozy and soft, but the reviewers on the website rave about it. I was also considering Maiden Home, another DTC business with great reviews and high quality sofas, but they charge a 10% restocking fee if you do not like the furniture. This would end up costing about 400-500 dollars if I didn't find the piece comfortable. Pictures can be a bit deceiving when it comes to comfort.

If anyone has suggestions for soft/cozy/durable sectionals, I'd love to hear them as well. I'm looking to keep it under 4k, but preferably around 2500-3000. Crate & Barrel's Lounge II is my current front runner.
