What a lot of work it takes to put these on. We have a very large class this year. So much interest in food preservation now. I need to make some jerky and a few things, but they have to wait a bit. I am also taking that course online from the Univ. of Idaho. One word of warning about the Homestead Blessing Videos, they do contain some unsafe things. I emailed them, and I was nice about it, but I did tell them they were not safe canning procedures. I don't remember exactly what they were. I did not hear back from them. I hope they have some liability insurance since they are selling DVD's. They seem like nice ladies, though.

Since the dining table + play area will likely be changing over time, I'd put the large piece of art over the sofa, where it has the best light. For the dining + play area, I'd suggest installing a picture rail at ceiling height, then hanging the pictures from it. That will let you move things around as your needs change, without filling your walls with holes. Maybe row of black and white photos, not too small, would look good across that wall. Apple TV: We've been watching For All Mankind and LOVE it. Only finished the first season. Every episode is practically a movie, there is so much packed in. If you liked Ted Lasso for being so positive, I recommend Loot, with Maya Rudolph. It's not quite as good, but still has plenty of LOL moments and is just as warm and wholesome. We also really loved Severance. It's artsy, beautiful and weird, also very intense. Kind of a small doses show, but it's so well done. I just finished Roar, and meh. I appreciate the message, but it's very ham fisted and not funny enough to make up for it. The only one I liked is "The Woman Who Returned Her Husband".
