Comments (15)Hi all! Thanks so much for all your input! So the rug definitely a legit "Persian", it kind of sits under that general umbrella of rich-colored rugs. Looking again, I don't think teal will work. Still feeling like a dark color might be nice but I might be pushing in a space where it actually just won't work. The studio is a very odd space - quite difficult for me actually. I'm on a tight budget as well so only so much room for playing. Here are pics... 1. These are the two walls to be accented. Placement of rug in bottom right corner of pic. I want to put in a room divider like this one https://za.pinterest.com/pin/384635624400093213/ in line with the wall and for the length of the bed. Comments (14)Hanging that painting in the dining space is an interesting idea. The dining space is right off the living space, it's just one long wall. But it just might be my solution if I can hang it high enough so as not to have the dining table take away from the view of the painting. The dining table is a glass top rectangle with a marble block base. I plan on finding low back dining chairs (white & wood) and adding a bench for sitting closest to the wall.
