what gas or induction cooktop or range can fit the most large pans?

We are shopping for a new range or cooktop. Most burner layouts are such that if you have one or two large pans you can’t use the other smaller burners. Which is annoying if for instance you’re making spaghetti sauce and boiling pasta water and cooking a vegetable or two at the same time.

The current weird 5 burner trend with the burner for big pots in the middle seems part of the problem as does the placement of knobs on top of the cook top vs on the front.

We had a wolf 36” range w grill in the middle and it was fantastic for pot layout but not sure we gave that budget and the induction grill was a huge pain to clean.
