Window treatment for large semi circle window
Comments (1)I don't have one, I have TWO of them. I ordered through Adjustaview window treatments. They custom fit them to your window and they are moveable with long cords. There is no automatic option. They are not cheap though. Two windos was nearly $4,000. This is their website: http://www.adjustaview.com/ and I'm actually on the home page! That is my room with the tall fireplace. I don't work for them or anything. Here is a link that might be useful: http://www.adjustaview.com/...See MoreWindow Treatments for Large Windows
Comments (10)Here's a closeup pix of the IKEA Lenda panels. Ikea's pix are miserable...doesn't give you much of an idea what you're buying. They do come with tabs which I don't care for so I cut them off, fold over to the length I need and flip it; turning the top into the bottom of the panel. (They even send the fusible tape to hem with :) I then use clip rings. They come in 2 lengths, both extra long. They have a rich look; it's hard to believe how little they cost; especially compared to most of the crap panels out there. That darker stitching you see is a nice detail....See Morewindow treatment for large window
Comments (14)I would go custom if I were you and get shaped shades or blinds made to fit your window. To have straight shades mounted at the very top and have wall space showing between the shade and some of the windows won't look too good IMO. To have them come down even to cover the tops of the windows, you'll lose the look. Then what was the point of those windows. With bottom up shades, you'll see ugly cords and a headrail at the top. There's no way to hide that. If you can live with that, well it's just something to think about. Custom may be pricey, but probably worth it in your case. My 2 cents....See MoreFront facing Window treatments - All the same to outside house?
Comments (3)A photo of the house would help, but my own choice would be for the windows to have the same treatments if they're large and close together...same size, too? We have plantation shutters throughout our house and I do like the continuity from the outside. That being said, I've seen it work nicely with different treatments if they're at least the same color. It's just that your description makes me think the same treatments would be best. Not a pro...just my own preference....See Morejewelisfabulous
