Sill length, washable sheer curtains on clip rings on one rod from cabinet to wall. Use a baton system to keep them clean when you move them to open or close. Or look at very lightweight accordion pleated shades that can be mounted near the ceiling. Cellular shades may be too heavy. Thin Roman shades would also work if they could be raised enough to clear the diagonal tops of the glass on the tallest window. Balloon shades may or may not be to your taste, they are rare these days.

If available, I would consult the architect who designed these windows to see what they had in mind for window coverings.

I would love to have your problem. Where I live getting enough sun in the winter is a mental health issue so I'd leave them bare.

Someone showed a shade that had been recessed into the ceiling, a few days ago. If the ceiling is still available for changes, that could work. It'll be expensive.

Bottom up shades might be the best way to proceed.

I would go custom if I were you and get shaped shades or blinds made to fit your window. To have straight shades mounted at the very top and have wall space showing between the shade and some of the windows won't look too good IMO.

To have them come down even to cover the tops of the windows, you'll lose the look. Then what was the point of those windows.

With bottom up shades, you'll see ugly cords and a headrail at the top. There's no way to hide that. If you can live with that, well it's just something to think about.

Custom may be pricey, but probably worth it in your case. My 2 cents.

I would definitely look into Bottom Up Top Down Shades. (cellular or Sun Screen) Also look into doing work with a company that specializes in custom treatments, that way you can get shades that fit in the angles you have going on.

IMO exterior solar shads would be the simpleast and cheapest.

I was going to suggest exterior solar shades too, but it appears this is a condo on an upper level and outside treatments might be limited by restrictions in building?? The bottom up shades could be great solution. Lower cost and keeps the curves visible.

thanks again for the input. hired a local designer/installer. here is the finished product. Hunter Douglas custom screen shades/bisque/3%. outside mounted with conventional metal loop operation.
