I would love to! You can never have too many bookmarks.

I would like to participate--and I DO have too many bookmarks.

I have way more bookmarks than I need, but I enjoy participating in this so count me in too!

Oh good - we are off to a nice start.

Include me too! I always look forward to this, even though I also have an excess of bookmarks at the moment.

I got another one today. My order of the new Simon Serrailler came today, and Book Depository sent me one of their bookmarks with it.

Include me as well.......I enjoy getting something besides political promos and bills in my mailbox !

And it is accurate to say that I actually DO have too many bookmarks , but the tradition is fun !

So far there are seven of us. I will let this run into the middle of November to see if there are any more RP members interested.

Friends, as promised I have sent out the bookmark exchange list. There are no changes from last year, either in mailing addresses or in participants. If anyone does not get the list, or thinks of a last minute change they need to make, please let me know.

I finally found some bookmarks that I really like and picked them up. I will be mailing out my cards within the next week.

I mailed mine today. They will be coming from California so it is possible that mine will not be the first to arrive.

Are there still any RP members from the West Coast? We used to have several member from out my way but I think that one by one they have disappeared.

Mailed mine yesterday. I noticed the postoffice is already in full holiday rush mode.

Mine went out yesterday. Here's hoping the USPS can manage to get things delivered before Christmas.

I received Rosefolly's card earlier this week, but none of the others yet. I finally got mine together this afternoon, and they should go out in tomorrow's mail.

I think we discussed this a few years back.....did anyone else collect these vintage Lane little boxes ?! I have six of them and use one for all my bookmarks :0)

I have one, but it wouldn't hold all my bookmarks! Mine are in the mail.

I have a box much like that, not Lane, but one my Dad made for me. Rouan has one, too. Mine is stuffed and ovrflowing with my bookmarks. Not quite sure where to put them going forward!

Get them framed and hang them on a wall. I did that several years ago, but I have many, many more now. I also have a blank wall in the hall.

Carolyn, much of my wall space is given to bookcases!

I keep mine in (multiple) book-themed coffee mugs I've received over the years. They fit nicely in the bookcases.

Nice idea, Sheri, and cheaper than framing and easier than hanging!

That is a great idea, Sheri. I have such a mug, and I think I will use it for the overflow.

I received my final bookmark card a couple of days ago and opened all the cards. Thank you all for the great selection of bookmarks! i really enjoy doing this exchange each year.

And I received my final bookmark yesterday, not surprising as I am the most distant of the current participants. I just finished reading the cards and oohing and aahing over the bookmarks. I've seen many lovely and clever and amusing bookmarks over the years, but never a better collection than the one I got this year. This has become one of my favorite Christmas traditions, right up there with the box of Christmas cookies I drop off each year at my local neighbothood library branch.
