Wow, thanks folks! Kellyh I can't believe you have this exact fixture and you paid less than $400. I would buy it in a heartbeat if I could find it at that price! We're not in a huge rush though, so I'll definitely keep looking for it! kswl; thanks for that - it's the cheapest I've seen it so far... hope I can find it for even less though. It's a bit pricey! hopmom, thanks for the paint color - I was wondering about that too! We saw a (much) cheaper fixture today at Home Depot of all places which is nice too, but a different color and not the same impact as the inspiration pic.... but it's MUCH cheaper! Also like this one which I saw at Fergusons - closer to what we are looking for and just under $400; Decisions, decisions. : )

A few months back I almost bought the same fixture from Amberley(gardenweb member). She had a second one that she wanted to sell and the price was very low! A picture woulld be helpful. Is this a full bath? Master bath? It sounds like you are limited on the size of the fixture due to the depth of the soffit --- maybe 11-12" at most? Would it work to use a track lighting fixture?Here are some examples. We used one in our laundry room to try to get more from the single small fixture there. Is this over the vanity but has to light the entire room? How large is the room? Is there a way to add any other lighting -- wired, plug in -- any thing? Is there a power vent in the center of the room or near the toilet (is that in the same room?). You, can get a vent with a light or light with a vent, as the case may be. Don't get to scrimpy on the lighting. Even if your budget is tight, it is important to have proper lighting.

everdebz Thank you so much for your suggestions! The ceilings are 9 feet. I actually looked at the Archives 2-Light Bath, Antique Nickel by Progress. You are right, it is very similar to the one I shared in the photo. I chose it because I liked how the glass shades were skinnier and longer, just an overall sleeker look. Maybe more Restoration Hardeware-ish? The flooring is a matte white medium size hexagon tile and the shower is a white gloss, longer subway tile. I will see if I can post pics.
