Does anyone have photos of MSI Calacatta Arno counters?
Comments (262)I just went to the MSI showroom to view slabs. The slabs of Arno I saw had dark gold veining only with a bright white background. No other colors or variation. It was pretty. I'm on the fence. Our contractor said to look for jumbo sizes only. I wasn't expecting that and now feel somewhat limited. Arno is pretty and comes in prefab and jumbo size. Check out Vadara Quartz. I prefer their quartz colors. I also went to their showroom and I think their quartz is gorgeous....See MoreMSI Calacatta Monaco - anyone?
Comments (11)thank you @MinnesotaMary! This is very helpful. Your daughter's kitchen is gorgeous. I'm glad to hear you say that there is some warmth to it because I definitely was hoping for that. Also, I want something with subtle veins because the usual Calacattas with huge grey veins doesn't suit me - this feels more "real" to me! I've been to see so many slabs including Silestone, Cambria, etc and i really wanted to go with one of the "high end" quartz brands but I keep liking this MSI one the best!...See MoreCalacatta Prado with Cloe white backsplash?
Comments (2)Hi Lisa - I was just wondering what backsplash you chose for your prado countertops. I am choosing calacatta prado for my counter tops as well and I am really struggling with trying to find a backsplash that matches the white of the prado quartz....See MoreWhite Cloe tile with bright white cabinets & white quartz counters?
Comments (11)As others suggested, waiting until the other components are in place is very smart. Cloe is generally available, so I wouldn’t worry too much about it being unavailable and causing a delay. The variation of Cloe is what makes it so friendly in terms of balancing cool and warm. I’ve seen it look beautiful in warmer kitchens as well as cooler ones. We used the 5” square Cloe tiles set in a staggered pattern for our backsplash. Our cabinets are SW Extra White and the countertops are MSI Blanca Statuarietto, which has pale gray and pale tan subtle veining. The wall color is Snowbound. Despite being pretty much white on white on white on white, I feel it’s not sterile at all. In adding warm wood accessories and some pottery, towels, plants, etc it has enough “life” for me without being too cluttered. Pics are below so you can see how it plays in our space. Last shot is a close up of the counters. We plan to increase the brightness of our lighting. Best of luck with your new kitchen!...See MoreCrazy Daisy
