MSI Quartz: Cashmere Carrara vs. Calacatta Vicenza OR Cambria Torquay
Comments (14)We've had MSI Arctic White for over 18mos now. I love it. Haven't had any scuffing, scratching, or staining issues. Damp paper towel takes most everything off. I use Clorox Wipes for coffee rings or berry "ghosting" and give it a good general wipe down 2x per week. We looked at a lot of the quartz "marble" looking options, but someone made a comment that the veins either look fake or resemble (leg) spider veins. After hearing that, I can't "unsee" it! ha! The plain white has been a perfect backdrop for adding color and texture elsewhere (grout, wood cutting boards, walls, etc.). I also find that I like seeing exactly how dirty the counter top is (so I can wipe it off)!...See Morecalacatta Classique quartz msi kitchen reno

Comments (121)Karen, accessible beige would look awesome. Would love to see it finished if you do end up using the Prado. Prado absolutely has the warmth and brown in the vein, with some gray too. Plus, the Prado looks way more natural IMO to all the other Quartz. If you like the look of the Prado, you should also look into Vadara Quartz if it’s available near you. Vadara will be a little more $ probably. But they’re my fav manufacturer, about 75% of their colors are also extremely natural looking. Not so much of that stark artificial white, but more of a milky marble looking style. Look up Sereno Gold or Calacatta Oro. Those would also look fantastic with the beige paint. 😊...See MoreCalacatta Arno quartz
Comments (0)Does anyone have Calacatta Arno quartz and mind to share photos of your backsplash? Also, question: if you use backsplash in one area of your kitchen, do you need to use it everywhere, ie on a hutch-like area of upper and lowers?...See Morebarbaradogs
