Dying Philodendron Birkin

Hi everyone,

My Birkin seems to be slowly dying 🙁 It started losing leaves 2~ weeks ago, losing about 80% of the leaves it originally had.

I've had it for about two months. As mentioned above it started losing leaves two weeks ago (at the moment it has only 4 healthy leaves left). It's potted in a 50/50 succulent/perlite mix. I water it every 10-14 days (there was one time it went 21 days between watering, the yellowing started about a week after these 21 days). It's facing a north window, medium light (not direct). Pot obviously has a drainage hole. It didn't have even a single new leaf growing since I got it.

When it first started yellowing & wilting I checked the roots and they seemed to be fine, no rot/mushiness. The yellowing continued rapidly (never seen a plant losing leaves so quickly?). I have no idea what caused this. Is there anything I can do to at least save the remaining 4 leaves?

(First picture picture is from when it started yellowing and the last is from today)

Thanks!
