Leftover Seafoo Boil

I'm inviting my son and DIL to the NC mountains in October. Beautiful scenery so it's in the chilly fall, but, I want to be off the edge and make a Southern Seafood Boil. I bought some lovely King Crab legs and a couple pounds of NC wild shrimp for it that for now live in my freezer. After we have gorged on it there will probably be leftovers. What would you recommend for next day or so to relish it again? I had thought about Seafood Linguine Alfredo. Opinions?
