Leftover melba sauce?

I made a double batch of this melba sauce and served it over fresh peaches and vanilla ice cream. I used some of the leftover sauce in peach/banana/yogurt smoothies for breakfast one day and drizzled it on oatmeal but I still have about 3/8 cup remaining.

Any ideas what to do with it?

CHAMBORD MELBA SAUCE

10 oz. package of frozen raspberries in juice, thawed and mashed

1/2 cup currant jelly

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp. cornstarch

1/4 cup Chambord liqueur

1/2 tsp. lemon juice

In a small saucepan, combine raspberries, jelly and sugar. Stir over moderate heat until boiling. Whisk in cornstarch and liqueur; then simmer gently for 10 minutes. Stir in lemon juice. Strain and chill before serving.

Caution: Do not grab the baking powder instead of the cornstarch for thickening it. When added, it will foame up in the pan just like one of those grade school science experiment volcanos.
