I saw a groundhog wandering around my backyard yesterday. It was a sunny day but he didn't seem to be scared of his shadow. Looking at the 15 day forecast, winter seems to be just starting here. Many single digit lows, highs in the teens, and chances of snow. So far we haven't been below 15F yet this winter.

Good one, Fun. The tenant in the basement apt has called the city on me a number of times because I take the trash and recycling out the day before for early collection; even though other neighbours have theirs out as well. "Gladys" as I like to call her says that they look ugly for people to be walking by. This is unsightly to her, apparently. She's the reason there are 2 garbage bins out there, she refuses to use the green bins, and they're often crawling with maggots when I take them to the curb.

Oh, darn it, I spelled your name wrong. ....And what is ຍິ້ມ ? It looks like "Ed" with a halo on the E and a bird on the halo.

When grandparents I know say, ”Enjoy them while they’re young”, they are talking about backs, knees and hips. tj
