Help! Can't decide on foyer set up
Comments (1)A few things to consider: 1. It may be nice to see who's coming to your door- go with study near front door. 2. Guest bedroom would have lots of family room noise- go with BR near front door. 3. I wouldn't mess with french doors- if you want more light than do windows next to your front door (sidelights and a transom) I really like the layout of the two rooms with the bathroom. It's more private than an bedroom entry that goes near the front door. Hope that makes sense and is helpful. I personally think that if you use your study a lot (in home business, etc) that I would move it near the front- especially if you have clients or anything. But if there's no need for you to see the comings and goings from the study, I would leave it as drawn above. Noise consideration and privacy for your guests/live-ins would be paramount....See MoreHelp. Can’t decide on paint color for new Kitchen/Living room
Comments (0)We Recently transformed our kitchen in our raised ranch home. Took out a small wall. Kitchen is now open to living room/great room. We have natural cherry shaker cabinets & doors now. I have always loved natural cherry wood. Granite counters. I do Love what we have so far!! I thought I wanted to go for gray paint throughout: living room, entry, & hallway. Blue/Gray with a accent red wall. But not sure I’m loving it now looking at some of my picks so far. My husband & I disagree on color likes for the most part. I don’t like pastels, especially pink tones. And won’t do white. Recommendations welcome. Please and thank you....See MoreHelp me select my bedroom furniture. Plz help can’t decide
