I would not do shutters on the house. You can paint the door your favorite color since the house is white. Almost all colors look good with maple wood.

Im sorry the color is red maple leaf , for door paint . i dont know what color for the stain .... or porch columns

I agree, and the first thing I’d consider is a larger porch.
You don’t need shutters. But if you like them you can do on the upper window. The lower windows seem squashed. If you replace them down the line you may be able to do shutters there as well.
If you choose to do shutters I’d do a wood stained shutter.
And a light blue door.

If adding a wider porch isn't part of your budget since all you asked about was color, then make some smaller changes. Do keep the house white. It's classic. A great looking entryway and better landscaping will make your house amazing.
