This is the first flower ever on Crazy Ivan.

I Lava You hasn't been here long, but we like it.

Jammin's Lipstick Kisses is a southern that has done ok for us so far.

Mardi Gras Indian is a really bright color.

Maynard Max is a really nice daylily that was hybridized by a friend.

Osiyo! is another bright one.

Ring the Bells of Heaven

Rose F. Kennedy (the dip version) is doing fine for us.

Thundercat--new to the garden

Here is our Warmer Climes.

The Queen of the garden is Sea of Cinders X Happy Holidays to You.

Let's Dance Tonight X Empire of Dawn and Dusk

Gypsy Rose Lee X Tet. Rose F. Kennedy has interesting color today.

I didn't measure this one, but it is less than 4.5 inches. It is Spacecoast Color Scheme X Rosemary Mussar.

This rose was blooming today. It was supposed to be Double Delight, my favorite rose, but is not.

My favorite of the registered ones is Jammin's Lipstick Kisses. I love the pink eye and edge. Your seedling queen is stunning - deep, rich color and a fabulous toothy gold edge!

Mantis_oh, Tiger by the Tail has been a good performer for us. We planted it in 2012, the year of the horrible drought. It has increased very well and has many scapes this year. It seems to have gotten its vigor from its parent Rock Solid. Its other parent, Adorable Tiger, has been puny for us. Tiger by the Tail does not have a really high bud count (registered at 14), but many others ( even Northern bred daylilies) do not live up to the bud counts listed in the AHS database. We have poor sandy soil and we have decided that in the past we have not watered enough.

Thanks Mantis! I hesitate to recommend things, I just comment that I love this or that :) I hope so too, that you are pleased with it! It has never looked like the official pic here, btw. Celeste, same thing here :s with splotchiness, plus bud drop. I think we got Katrina Heroes at the same time. This is the first year it is pic-worthy though! :) Dick, sorry, yes, it's Forty Days and Forty Nights! Some names are just way too long ;) Clearly on No More Tears it is water damage. We always have (heavy) dew and some incl NMT start opening in the evening. But, last year I didn't have much problems with spots. Seems like some are one bad one good year, like Tower of Babel. But good to know about the pigments!

Red Hot Miracle is one of the few doubles we grow. This is Sunshine on My Shoulders. It need to be moved from its too shady location. It is still well-budded. This is an early fulva hybrid called Rosalind. This is one of our favorites of all the three year old seedlings. It is Lady Stephanie Victoria Redding X Rosy Spiketail. It appears to be a late bloomer. The blue ribbons means it is selected to go to what we call an observation bed. The pink ribbon on it means it is a special select that bears a close watch. This is one Bob likes (me-not so much). It is Up Against the Sun X Horns. That's all for today. Nancy

Sea of Cinders X Happy Holidays to You looks to be a winner. Mardi Gras Indian and I Lava You would be ones I favor. Brightt colors are always a favorite.

I am with Julia on those bright colors! I like those! What a clump of Rosie Cotton’s Ribbons! I like the garden queen and that is an interesting bloom on the Gypsy Rose seedling. I like the rose even if it is not Double Delight!

I am liking Maynard Max. Rose F. Kennedy looks good. I have been so pleased with mine (thank you Kay!). Rosie Cottons Ribbons is a great looking clump.

Oh my, I do love this, since the bright colors just make my heart sing! I really like I Lava You, it is in its first year here and performing like most first yeats but really nice blooms. Mardi Gras Indian is gorgeously brilliantly colored and that is a perfect RFK. I am glad It is doing well there too; Mine actually put up a rebloom scape this year. Rosie Cotton ribbons is a very pretty clum[p

Now to the seedlings, I hope you are going to introduce(Sea of Cinders X Happy Holidays to You) because I need it in my Garden: Gypsy Rose Lee X Tet. Rose F. Kennedy has nice breaks. Lovely. Spacecoast Color Scheme X Rosemary Mussar is a nice little one with what appears to be Color Scheme coloring.
