Hi.

I would like to restore this room to make it a living room.

In the home there is another and bigger livingroom next to this one without a TV. So, I want to make a niece space to watch TV.

I'm going to paint the walls white (or similar color) with the door and window frames in beige to increase the luminosity of the room. There are another work to do concerning electricity and isolation.

The windows facing west. And the door next to the chimney is not utilised (it opens to the outside). I don't use the chimney neither The places of passage are on the right of the room on the plan. The dimension of the room are 445 cm x 385 cm.

My big concern it's about the placement of furnitures in the room. The furnitures in (on the pictures) are old stuff that I will not be used for that. I don't know how to place it in the room (specially with the chimney). I have not yet chosen the furniture.

I want to put :

- a sofa for 2-3 people

- a living room table that I will made

- a tv cabinet with a TV of 50" (probably)

- storage furniture for couple of books and Dvd's too

Did you have advice to give me ?
