Looks like you have it thought out. I would suggest picking your roof color before you pick your paint color. Paint color is much easier to change over the years. Personally, I would pick a very neutral shade such as grey or black (like you suggested). This way you have many other color options for the color of your home as time goes on. You can find a beige/grey to soften the red in your brick. Versus a cooler grey (Wow that looks really blue next to the top one- but when by themselves, they both look more grey) It will be nice to see how your roof impacts the look of your home over the course of the year and throughout the different seasons. I am not sure where you are located but a north facing home, in the northern US, a grey will take on more of those blue tones. Yes, I would make those attic vents blend in. What roof did you decide on? Our house is brick but we are also trying to decide between mission brown and weathered wood. I don’t want to regret choosing a roof that’s too light in color. I agree that the charcoal is too dark, but the slate is too light and has a green tinge to it. It’s a very hard choice!

It would be more typically limestone and NOT concrete. You have to be very careful not to ruin it. This is extremely harmful to the stone and while it will remove paint quickly, it will also remove some of the stone itself and leave it much more susceptible to future erosion. Use metal brushes as they can damage the surface of the stone and cause it to be more vulnerable to deterioration. Use acidic cleaners—they will deteriorate the limestone, which is an acid-sensitive stone. Do any chemical cleaning or saturating of brick or limestone in the colder months. Cleaning should never be done below 40° F, and generally not below 50° F. Most chemical cleaning processes force water into the walls, which can freeze in colder temperatures causing permanent damage to brick and stone. Use any masonry (brick or limestone) sealers. They are rarely necessary for historic buildings and may cause permanent damage and discoloration of your stone.
