Now I am not sure

So I thought that I had Tuscany Superb, but now I am not sure. The flowers look so different now than they did at the beginning of the spring. I am going to try to post the pictures of beginning of spring follwed by today

is this normal for this rose? @Paul Barden , I dug this as a sucker from your garden late winter 2018. Maybe you can confirm the identity of this?

It looks like TS to me, Brandon. TS’s flowers can vary a LOT—from quite fluffy and mostly covering the stamens to fully double with visible stamens. Sometimes TS is deep velvet wine-red. Sometimes it’s plum-purple with magenta highlights. Sometimes the blooms look a bit like Indigo in its fluffier mood. The foliage varies according to weather and age. I’ll see if I can dig up some pics of variance on mine. A lot of my photos are pre cloud space on my old computer, so it may take awhile to find one. I’m getting vaccine #2 today, so time will tell if I’m flattened for the weekend or able to geek out on old roses while hanging out on the couch. Carol

You can compost them now or wait. If I had room in my bin, I'd add them now, but since I don't, I'll have to wait. My compost doesn't get hot in the winter, but I think it's because my bin is too small. Others are able to keep compost hot through the winter. This may be the wrong place to ask how many bags of leaves would be considered too many. There are people here who collect more than 100 bags of leaves. I think the answer to that question is pretty much that if you have more than you can use, you have too many, but that number will vary from person to person.

3-4 feet tall? I don't think so. Not from the picture anyway. You don't measure the pot, just the plant above the soil line. Since Kumato is a hybrid it doesn't produce true from seed and the F1 seed is not available to the general public so most are growing F2 seeds they have saved from a purchased fruit. It's parentage is a patented secret apparently. Of those growing the F2 seed most seem to find it grows more like a determinate or an ISI variety. For that reason I would stop removing any lateral branches (what you call 'suckers') as they will be the primary source of blooms and fruit. Hope Bill or Mongo will post opinions ! I'm going to say something here. First-- Tinker, I know you didn't mean anything by your post. Let me say that right from the start. This seems to be happening with increasing frequency in many of the forums that both Bud and I post to. I can't count how many times people have asked questions, and Bud has answered, only to get a reply something to the effect of "Well, I'll wait till Bill V. posts". The guy is the Rodney Dangerfield of the tile industry!! Just a little hint about Bud-- he and I don't always agree on everything, but he's every bit as knowledgeable about the field as I am. In some areas, moreso. I've learned alot from him over the years, and people could do alot worse than to take his advice.

Overwatering isn't about giving your plant too much water, but rather having a soil mix that holds on to too much water. Money trees love water, but they also love fast-draining aerated soil. Your plant isn't getting enough water. The botanical name for these plants is Pachira aquatica. They've given it this name for a good reason, they grow near bodies of water. In other words, your plant is dying of thirst. Being in such a dry gritty mix, you're going to have to water it much more often than usual just to keep it hydrated. Mine grows outside for most of the year and I have to water it on an almost daily basis; and I don't even use a gritty mix, and it's in a self-watering pot.

Thank you for responding. Sorry I didn't get back to this sooner.

I do understand that the old garden roses have a lot of variances to them. I just got concerned and was hoping for a confirmation of identity
