What’s this digging in my garden?

I’ve been seeing these holes and mound runners in my raised garden bed for the past month. I initially thought wasps, but there’s not the tell tale pile of dirt. It looks like a really small vole run but it’s too small to be a vole. The one pic is where it dug under my raised bed from the yard, and the others are in the bed itself, which I just planted cucumbers last weekend And an worried this will disturb them (though it doesn’t appear to be after the seeds). We had lots of rain so it’s super wet, and it’s only in this one bed. I’m thinking maybe a small smake, maybe? Like a smooth earth snake, or whatever those tiny brown ones are called, eating grubs, worms etc.... any ideas?
