the whole tinge of ur room is dark chocolate so if you want to make ur room look bright,it's a good choice for u to use some bright warm color. Besides,u can use the degree of color and hue of brightness to make ur room look bigger

Yes Sofia has Beige but the background color is not ivory it is a cool tone not warm at all..that is why you can go both directions... Worldly gray is a bit cooler than accessible Beige...If you go warm on the walls your room will just be one note of Beige:( to matching ....I would keep the walls just a bit cooler so the room is not all beige and you can introduce a tiny bit of gray....I wouldnot do accessible Beige just to Beige:((

I'd just like to make it feel that much more like a beautiful, peaceful, comfortable home. Since it's a beautiful house, too, in such a beautiful area of the world, I want to give it the justice it deserves! (If you are interested, the website is www.accommodation-in-todra-gorges-morocco.com We're in the Todra Gorge, one of the most beautiful areas of Morocco and absolutely spectacular for rock climbing and hiking. The guest house is actually just one business of ours -- we also run a rock climbing/mountaineering/hiking/horse riding guiding company!). I do love the colourful walls, and I'm especially partial to blue as well! As I mentioned, though, when he built the house my husband decided to keep the walls as plain plaster so as to avoid unnecessary chemicals. I do agree though that colourful walls definitely add a lot to a room. I think part of the reason I'm struggling is because of the white. However I have found some stunning minimalist ideas that still manage to keep the Moroccan vibe. For the red room with the colourful sofa, I'm having a hard time envisioning what to do as a colour scheme on the bed. It seems like I have to stay with a plain white quilt cover, but I'd like to have some fun Moroccan pillows. I'm really not a fan of the red colour on the sofa so I'd prefer not to go MORE red, but perhaps there's a way to use it in a beneficial way without clashing? I think I'd like to bring in some plants as well. Spikey cactuses and things like this. The guest house is called A Secret Garden and we have a beautiful garden as you would hope for a house with this name.. so to bring plants into the house would be lovely, I think. The added bonus is I can use fun colourful pots!
