There are also ways to make the driveway appear to be brick or stone or just renew the look of it with a stain. It would likely work for the porch floor and steps as well.

Is the upstairs a different (light gray?) color of brick or another material?

What are the blue squares? Are they glass blocks in the wall?

If they're painted concrete -- do you like them and do you want more of that color?

On my screen, the window frames look dark brown?

The front door looks dark charcoal gray?

The Railings look black?

The fascia appears to have once been white but needs to be repainted (but perhaps not white)?

The soffit appears to have been painted dark -- or is that just a shadow?

Gutter looks brown?

The roof appears to be brown as well?

With two colors of brick in addition to the colors of the concrete within the exterior wall itself, My inclination would be to paint all the already painted surfaces the same black color with the possible exception of the front door. If you don't want it black, you could paint it your favorite bold color.

If symmetry matters to you, you could add an arbor over the garage doors on the left side of the house and and have the bottom of the dominant horizontal board level with the bottom of the concrete porch floor on the right.

Likely couldn't match either color of brick but if you can, you might consider creating a very short retaining wall parallel to the front exterior wall below the porch alongside the sidewalk.

You might consider adding gravel or planting grass between your stepping stones leading from house to road.

There are plastic edging products that could help hold the gravel in place on the side opposite the driveway/wall.

If you don't want a straight sidewalk, add a few curves on the right side with the edging.

I like the house. I wouldnt change out a lot. It looks nice right now. The trim color seems to work with the house. I would paint the front door a brighter color, maybe in the blues or blue green color range. Landscaping will give you a lot more curb appeal, than changing a house that already looks good. The driveway, definitely needs a bit of help. The steps stained to match trim, would look good, and maybe even the concrete below the brick could be stained dark like the trim. The garage doors are the only thing white there, and they do stand out way more than they should. I would paint them, same color as the trim too.

I would paint orange brick.

Wow, I LOVE it. 100% personality. DON't paint the brick. You might lose some value in the house, and you'll never be able to unpaint it. It's really unique. The orange-y is nicely sandwiched between the two concrete shades.

You could put pavers with grass in between for the driveway. This might take up some of the water runnoff, and would go with the garden area.

Maybe that light fixture over the garage door could be spray painted that fab aqua color? I spray-painted a light fixture once, and it came out FAB. That way, you'd have a small pop to balance out the three tiles.

You could also use some aqua-colored clay pots.

The only thing we might do is try adding some more greenery or potted plants.

Don't paint the brick. Paint the trim, railing and the 3 decorative squares a matte black, the garage door a medium warm grey(cement) color, and the front door a very dark green charcoal. Replace the outdoor lamp above the garage and do some landscaping

Suggested colors could be

You have too many different surface colours and textures in your house, and their proportion to each other is not pleasing to the eye. In other words, it looks patchy.

To make things worse, the brightest colour (brick) and lightest colour (white) draw the eye to the lower level, away from the front door. Homes look welcoming and somehow "right" when the eye is drawn to the front door area.

Stain the brick. Romabio is the product that you want. It's a stain not a paint and has a good warranty. This will definitely not devalue your home as someone suggested above.

While you're at it, stain the contrasting stones around your front door, and the too-light pavers.

To draw the eye up, I also moved your hanging basket up to your front porch area. Keep the lower landscaping very simple. Tall grasses in front of the porch area will give you the streamlined look that will suit your MCM style.

I’m going to break rank and say yes, paint the orange brick. There are great, durable paints made specifically for exterior brick. It would look amazing painted black or charcoal. Paint the garage door the same color.

I think the brick is fine. I think a light almost white color for the house and trim with windows and railings in black. Replace your stepping Stine's with a rectangular stone or continued steps and some good lighting and landscape. inspos:

I would replace your front door with a Mid Century Modern door. And your garage door with one that has modern windows as well. Paint all your trim and the front door a dark tone. And replace your wrought iron railing with a more simple, modern railing with straight spindles, or posts and wire. Look at modern lighting for the exterior, including one for over the garage door. Modern house numbers in a large size font would look great over your garage door. You haven’t mentioned the composition of the blue squares next to your door. Are they tile? Concrete? Can they be painted?

Your house may have been built mid-century but it is a raised bungalow, not a MCM style at all. As you can see from the pictures posted above, your home does not have an angular/flat roof line and low slung style that is MCM. Even the brick shape is not typical of the longer bricks that were typically used in MCM homes. The turquoise squares to the right of the door might be an MCM detail but it's such a small part of the overall look of your home that it's easy to ignore. Just paint/stain them a colour that makes them easy to ignore.

Especially since you don't like the MCM style, don't feel obligated to pursue it in your front door, garage door, landscaping etc. If you had an atomic ranch bungalow or an Eichler lookalike, I'd advise you differently LOL.

Would you consider adding siding to the upper half? If not, I would paint it.

You have a nice house and if you don't do a lot to it, it will still look nice (except for reapair needed for the driveway.

If, however, you are considering either painting or staining the red/orange brick and wanting a darker color, staining it would be preferable since a stain should be a product that absorbs into the brick rather than just be glopped onto it while a paint can peel off and the darker color suggested by partim would be a good look..
