If you try and take a cat apart to see how it works, the first thing you have on your hands is a non-working cat.

Rob333, I had never read that particular list, but boy, oh boy, I relate to some of the items. Socks, thanks for the explanation. I had no idea what the picture of a wolf (now, I know it's a coyote) and a bird was trying to represent.

Who would have thought that some folks might be smoking weed at a family gathering, and that the only illegal part would be the gathering itself.

A Buddhist monk walks up to a hot dog vendor and says "make me one with everything" After a brief chuckle at the monks joke the vendor hands him his hotdog with everything and says "That'll be $4 please." The monk hands over a $10 bill and waits while the vendor just stares back at him... awkwardly the monk asks "What about my change?" "Ah" replies the vendor, "change must come from within".

Nicole, your post reminded me of something that happened 20 years ago that still makes me laugh to this day. Every time I asked my oldest grandson (now 23) for a kiss, he would lean in for it and at the last second he would stick out his tongue and touch my lips. When I’d pull back and looked at him with eyes wide, he laughed hysterically. Every request for a kiss turned out the same. One day I decided turnabout was fair play and reversed the game. When he came in for the kiss, I stuck my tongue out. He looked at me, opened his mouth and said, “You licked my lick!” And then we both laughed!

Hah...you just reminded me of a bumper sticker I saw the other day. It said, "My Cat is a Democr@t" (obscured for filters sake). Clearly the owner does not know cats. *All* cats are monarchists: they are royalty and we are their mere servants whose presence they barely tolerate.

That deep fryer picture scares the willies out of me because know what could happen. I had a mini-accident with the deep fryers at work years ago- the pot on the stove next to the fryer boiled over and quite a bit of water went into the fryer. It was very tense for the next while until I could get the fryer off and wait for things to settle down...

It looks in the picture like they have a solid frying fat in the fryer, which means it's cold- whew!
