Install cabinet for Kitchen sink w/ plumbing through wall and floor

I've dug around in the forums, and I'm having a hard time finding a similar issue. I'm hoping to cut the pipes for a clean cabinet install (minimal holes). Please tell me if I'm on the right track here. The pipe going to the wall is a vent, and the large one going to the floor is clearly the drain.

  1. cut drain pipe 10" from the floor.
  2. cut vent pipe on the exterior wall.
  3. remove cut section.
  4. remove hot and cold water supply line handles.
  5. remove remaining floorboard trim.
  6. measure and cut holes in 30" sink cabinet.
  7. drop cabinet over vertical pipes.
  8. install new vent pipe portion from exterior to cabinet.
  9. spend the next week figuring out how to connect the vent and drain.

Any pointers are greatly appreciated! I have an unfinished basement, so everything is easily accessible.
