Remodeling Kitchens Design Dilemma

finish of range hood matching kitchen hardware

Hello!
I’m having trouble trying to pick the finish for my range hood. I am stuck between an antique brass finish or a stainless steel with antique brass straps. The kitchen hardware is antique brass, cabinets will be indigo batik, counters are Denali quartz and backsplash is a Calcutta marble.

I like the antique brass. Have you sampled that blue color? It looks fairly bright for a cabinet color.

I sampled it on my existing cabinets and it was the least bright from about 10 blues I found. At first I didn’t think it was bright enough. So many blues! This is an old photo but you can see it on the cabinet. I love the brass as well!

Will a GE Cafe Range match with a Broan E6036 hood

The stainless will not be exactly the same, but it never is from appliance to appliance, even ones from the same manufacturer. However, stainless between two appliances will always be close enough to match provided one of them isn't a special version of stainless like "Smudge Proof" which is not the case here.
