Leather Sofa (not brown or black) Red? Pink? Green? Blue?
Comments (13)Those are lovely my3dogs. You are sweet for thinking of me. I do love velvet! I figure maybe someday when my kids are older and I don't have as many cats! beachlily your red sofa is lovely. thanks for sharing. Catmom and beverly too! Pal - thanks, that is great info. I am leaning towards the navy for sure now, good to know my wallet will be happier. Mags - that is gorgeous. Horchow always has such lovely things. :) Olychick - how strange that you have so many purple sets in Seattle! Pretty much all you see around here is brown and black on CL. DH is just not going to go for a used sofa again though I dont think. :( So I guess it doesnt matter. pamghatten - love that sofa. Is that a natuzzi? I think I saw one similar from them. The back cushions were attached though, so i had ruled it out. That is what is ripping on my current sofas. The seam in the back attaching the cushions to the sofa. I am hoping to go look next weekend. Not sure I will get a babysitter though yet....See MoreBlue Velvet Sofa
Comments (125)We have to start renoing the upstairs by next summer so we will eventually be using that door. Also the nearest outlet is between the patterned chair and the sofa which is quite far from the tv as it is. We sat in there this afternoon and watched a movie with the kids. It was fine. The person in the patterned chair would either have to turn a little or turn the chair and they are light enough to not make it an issue. I'm hoping to find a small tv stand that is pretty close to the ground. I think it will be fine in the corner. Like k9arlene said, casters will make it easy to move it if I need to. I can't flip the furniture around because I have issues (phobias) regarding beam stability and even though we levelled the floor quite a bit, it still dips slightly toward the doors. It freaks me out even though logically I know it's fine. There's no way I'd be able to sit on the sofa with it so close to where I imagine the house will collapse from. The more furniture I put in, the more bare the walls look. I can't wait to start shopping for art! I want to thank everyone again for the input. It's been a really big help....See MoreSofa nailhead options (devil is in the details)
Comments (15)We have had our new Hancock and Moore leather sofa for 6 months and I just went to check the size of our nailheads. I love the way they look and they were the H&M standard nailhead sizes on their sofas. The nailheads on the top and bottom are 1/2" (your #2?) and the arm nailheads are 1/4" (your #1?) according to my measuring. Not sure of the sizes of the 4 choices you posted, but just measuring them on my computer screen, which may not be true to the actual size of course, that would be the 2 smallest of your choices (what you have #'d 1 and 2). My 1/2" nails are plenty big and I definitely wouldn't want them any larger. Do you know or can you find out the size of each of your 4 choices? I wouldn't want any larger than 1/2" and on my sofa I like having the 2 sizes. Both ways will look good, so don't obsess over it. (:...See MoreHELP!!! Which Blue Sofa Should I Buy???
Comments (96)Flo Mangan, I randomly found this lamp at Homegoods on a whim. I think I went look at art, and found this instead. I had another one from pottery barn, but we felt as if this lamp went better with our aesthetic....See Morebowser24
