Hello again, couple of questions. How many people usually use the room daily and will you be putting a TV in this room .?

Thanks Mae Day. This is my own house that I’ll be selling shortly. The room is typically used by just my wife and I and our fur family, but we want it to show as best as possible for resale to likely a family type buyer. There is a 50” flatscreen to be put somewhere. I do plan on buying furniture- I’d like a more typical 2 couch or couch/love sets/chair setup but because of the L shape it kills the symmetry and doesn’t look right. The current set up (on the diagram) worked well and looked ok but makes the room seem small and impractical- although it functioned very well with large family gatherings/entertaining back when that was still a thing :(

Got it. A little later today I will start working on a 3-D build of the room. You did a good job with the measurements so I think I can work with what you already submitted. I may have some questions but I will let you know and keep you updated on the build. I would be able to put together a 3-D walk-through for you but we would have to communicate through my email to do that once the build is done. You can let me know if you would like to do that later.

A couch/loveseat and chairs is easier to decorate than a sectional. Measure twice, buy once.

Thanks so much on both fronts! Don’t spend any big time on 3D models though. While I appreciate the help, I’m not looking to put anyone out. But don’t let me stop you if it’s fun for you :)
