Help with picking a light fixture for this tiny bathroom?

Please help me. I need to find a light fixture for this bathroom (pic attached). This is the only light in the room (other than the north-facing window). I have a lot of questions, though...

The shelves on the console will either be glass or white stone (leaning towards glass).

1) the sink console is 35.5" wide, the medicine cabinet is 30" wide, should I do a 30" or 24" light? (yes, we are moving the light to be centered over the mirror).

2) the light needs to also light up the adjacent 36x36 shower alcove (where I am standing to take this picture). This is why I thought a 30" might be better as the fixture will be a little more in front of the shower. But is 30" too wide? Would 24" look more balanced?

3) what temperature light? 3000k? 4000k?

I just set the sink in here to take the picture, lots of work to be done yet -

I would welcome any suggestions for a simple, minimalist fixture.

Thank you!
