First had a Zo BB-PAC20 for 13 yrs, it begin to have issues, DH would straighten out, work fine for awhile and then would give trouble again. In 2013 DH said “get a new one”, and I did. I make breads, dinner rolls, buns for the two of us and give breads and rolls to our three kids and families.

I feel I make lots of breads. The Zo is a work horse.

My question, on the dough cycle do you use the regular dough cycle ( 1hr 50 min) or the quick dough cycle (50 min) ? I always use SAF instant yeast. To me, i cannot see a difference in the two cycles. Bread seems to be good using either one. That’s my opinion.

Wondering which cycle you all use and why? Your thoughts.
