Wednesday I only got half of them - I guess my brain was on pause.

I couldn't get #2 and I had the wrong answer for #3.

I got 4,5 and 6 immediately, then #1 and I still can't figure out 2 and 3. It's true. Sometimes you have to quit and come back later.

Jasdip, I think the arrow is to ensure that you use -th on the end.

Well, I missed #1 because I thought it was "The last cent." The arrow points to only one cent - not cents. There should have been two rows in order for it to be cents. The others I got, although for #2, I thought it was "Sums it up," since it was plural.

I'll have to take into consideration the liberties they are taking with plurals in the future. This will give me more options.

I got two. I don't get 3.

I originally thought #3 was claret as in clear ET. I didn't think of blank ET.

Similarly I was thinking clarity.

I didn't get 2 or 3.

I had all but 2 and 3 right, in spite of the clues throwing me off. 1 and 4 jumped out at me immediately. In 1, the arrow is pointing at the 6th in a line of cents, and 'strong undertow' is a term heard often on the news here.
