I had to come into the office today so I'm having a nuked Jimmy Dean's sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. This place is a ghost town!

So far, just my coffee and glass of orange juice. Nothing sounds really good

yet.

So far, I had a rice crispy treat. Jody is still in bed. I will probably fix bacon and eggs for him, and I will eat a couple slices of bacon, since I don't eat eggs.

Coffee, scrambled egg, toast, and fresh grapefruit from Florida. Grapefruit was very good.

Same old thing, oat crunch cereal with fresh blueberries and black coffee. I can’t think or cook in the morning. I don’t know how people can eat eggs first thing. I often have them for dinner.

On a tv show last night a couple was eating. It looked like scrambled eggs, she'd pick up one little curd at a time. So I think that's what I'll have.

My usual yogurt with a handful of nuts and coffee.

DH made me omelet with onions and green and red peppers. Then I had one of his apple cinnamon muffins with coffee.

I made breakfast burritos, and we are eating leftovers today. I always make a big batch.

Smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit and hashbrowns from hardees. I have to work a day shift today and needed fat and starch to get me into it.......

We had 3 little thin flour tortillas left over. I put butter-cinnamon-sugar on them, with a side of hot cocoa.....after I walked/ran 5 miles. Otherwise that's too many calories.

We had a large A & W meal yesterday so it was a light breakfast today. Greek yogurt with a pear, an orange and 4 thin crackers.

I baked banana walnut bread last night, so I had a thick slice slathered in butter and a few cups of Scottish breakfast tea.

Eating breakfast now. Veggie scrambled egg bowl with cheese.

I had a slice of leftover pizza. Dd invited a friend over last night. I had already started supper and didn't think I had made enough for guests so I made a pizza run for them.

I've been on an (organic) corn flakes kick for awhile. I alternate between a bowl of them and oatmeal, through the week.

Took me a moment to figure out this morning. Decided on two cups black coffee, always!!! Toast with butter and sugar free strawberry preserves.

About to have a waffle, a sausage patty and some orange juice.

Jody had cereal with a banana and I had left over shrimp gumbo.

Leftover sausage, mushroom and onion quiche.

Piece toasted sourdough bread spread with butter and vegemite and a mug of tea.

Pumpkin seed granola from Costco.

Had a cup of chai tea when I got up. Hubs was still asleep. He makes best coffee in world, so I waited until he got up for coffee. Had scrambled egg and toast with my two cups of coffee.

Normal weekday breakfast for me:

(At home)

- 1 shot espresso

- Maybe a bit of whatever I had for dinner, or something laying around the kitchen, or nothing (usually nothing)

(At office)

- 20 oz black coffee

- Some vitamins

A thick slice of multigrain bread, toasted, smeared with a Laughing Cow light cheese wedge, and an orange. I had already had coffee an hour+ before.

I made ham and cheese omelets for brunch. It hit the spot! 😋
