Comments (8)Our pendants are from Bruck lighting. They are called Rainbow ll Down Pendants. They come in a variety of glass shade colors; ours is turquoise. We bought them from a local lighting store who gave us a better price than we could find on the web at the time. I will link the Bruck site below, but just a quick google search gave me several places that carry them, some on sale. We had a hard time with choosing our pendant lights (long story), but once we found these and put them in we couldn't be happier. Note that the shade color is subtle and show best when not lit. And we have a combination of both LED's and halogen in different areas. HTH Here is a link that might be useful: Bruck Lighting...See MoreKitchen pendant lights
Comments (15)The pendants look gorgeous in the kitchen. My only concern about your husband's fantastic pendants is that they may be too small for the pool table. I'm probably wrong, just wanted to mention in in case it mattered in the end. Lining bookshelves with grasscloth puzzles me a bit. Isn't the point of the grasscloth the texture and the point of the shelves to be filled, hence negating the texture? OTOH if you did not pay much for the bonus of having grasscloth, and all you care about it the color- awesome. I love it when shelves contrast in deep or bright colors. I think a small, taller table between the two overstuffed chairs will be lovely with new chairs. Maybe a tea table? I think you have a very cohesive space. I love your style very much- it's classic and warm....See MoreWhich pendant light goes with this chandelier?
Comments (17)Make sure your island pendants don’t have too much glare for someone sitting at the island. The style of our lights (different from yours) is the same over the sink and the island. The light over the sink was fine, but the glare was horrible when sitting at the island - no problem when standing around. It never occurred to me this was a potential problem. Fortunately bulbs with covered bottoms - which I had never heard of - solved our issue....See MoreCan I mix metals in my kitchen with faucets and sconces/pendants,
Comments (1)Just as long as you have them in a similar style. Just so you know - cherry and gold are warm colors, and chrome and stainless steel are cool colors. I prefer all warm colors OR all cool colors in a room. The only exception is if you have a nuetral color like taupe, greige, or bronze that can bring the two together....See MoreRL Relocation LLC
