I love how modern your bathroom is! I think that a small rug in front of the vanity would look nice. Your bathroom needs a pop of color. The wall at the end of your bathroom by the toilet is very plain. It would look nice if you added small artwork. If you choose to add a rug in front of the vanity, tie the colors from the artwork to your rug, so it is consistent and simple. A solid color or woven rug would look nice because the wood grain on your vanity should be what catches everyone’s eye.

I had a wallpaper installer asses the walls and said only the wall that can be wallpapered is the first wall you see as you come in. I’m just really having a brain fart as in what to do here!

Hahaa!!!!! Don’t sweat. We got this lol. Which wall? The one near the toilet? What about some moldings on the bottom half of the wall and wallpaper where they allowed it.

Because the wall you can paper is the distant wall, my mind went to trees.

Foggy Pine Trees

It is 8ft x 8ft. Since you won't need all of it, you might be able to put the remaining length on the wall between the toilet and the vanity - either facing the toilet, surrounding you there in the woods (maybe paint the back wall behind the toilet to just be foggy). Or you might put it facing the door on that wall.

Light gray colors or a creamy texture will go perfect with your bathroom. I think the look given by your bathroom tiler is perfect . You can also go with some wallpapers.
