Pick a color, I think blue against the green is nice, and accessorize. Blue towels, small area rug by the pedestal sink, a plant in a blue planter on the toilet tank. Decorate the walls above the towel rack and behind the door. Use Alien Tape and stick up some art prints with blue frames, get removable decals of bluebirds and make another little arrangement.

Removeable wall paper is fun! I have used it as a “trial” and it lasted until I tired of the pattern after six years and easily ripped it off.

Peel & stick wallpaper is a good suggestion, it comes off easily.

I also suggest a roman shade for the window, anew mirror & light fixture for more punch...
