Replacing countertops - choosing quartz colors

We're replacing our green solid surface countertops with quartz. The company we're likely going with recommended something white or grey since that's more on-trend right now. I'm having a hard time finding good pictures of natural maple cabinets like ours with such light countertops. Here is a picture of our current kitchen counters, and some of the samples I've chosen. (We're also getting new stainless appliances and have since swapped out the cabinet hardware and repainted the walls)

The bigger samples are Pental Tobacco, Venoso, and Avalanche. The smaller samples are Viatera Aura and Rococo. Neither of the Viatera samples have much variety, but from what I've seen online, both seem to have more greys and browns in the larger slabs.

Any advice on which way to go is appreciated! Just not sure if the light colors will wash things out too much
