Was the remediation done through a qualified company and will they guarantee their work? Can they pin point the cause of the mold - for example, bad ventilation - and has that problem been fixed as well? If yes to all you are likely okay. Get a copy of the remediation report and make sure the guarantee transfers with the home to new owners.

A lot will depend on weather humidity. High humidity does not absorb moisture from the air very well. Took a week for carpet/pad in a 4'x5' area to dry with carpet/pad pulled up and large strong fan blowing on it day and night after ac drain stopped up & soaked the carpet/pad. Water leak from refrigerator that ran under kitchen pantry and walls into the next room under a desk took several weeks before it was dry. That said, the remediation company should be spraying mold retardant in the area. I sprayed Lysol on back of carpet and pad.
