Water / mold remediation

Hi! So we had a pipe burst 11 days ago. We had a water remediation company come out to set up a dehumidifier. Mold was found the next day so we had to wait for approval from our insurance which we got 3 days later. The company has barely done anything! They come for 1-2 hours a day and leave. Is this normal? Today is 11 days after pipe burst and so far i have my flooring ripped up all but under the cabinets and we have a dehumidifier set up in kitchen and crawlspace. We also have a air scrubber in kitchen. My kitchen Sink cabinet (pipe was in wall behind sink) moisture reading is still high... over 20% 11 days later! Is that normal? The only place with visible mold is in the kitchen sink cabinet. I know these cabinets are coming out so what’s taking so long? Is it normal for these people to come 2 hours a day? Is it right that we’re being charged each day for the equipment when they’re not doing the work in a timely fashion?
