LVF installed. Now, how should I fix the problem?

I just had my floors installed. The floor looks nice except it dips and moves in some areas. High traffic areas! I researched for two years on the proper install for this type of flooring. My sub floor which is concrete was very uneven, especially in the high traffic area. I discussed with the hub and watched countless videos on the proper install: level the floor first! We hired a guy who insisted that an underlayment under the flooring will fix the problem. I disagreed d/t my research but my hub thought “good idea”. We will save time this way. Again I disagreed but didn’t win the argument. Now the floor is down and there are very noticeable dips when I walk in certain areas. The installer suggested that we only wear soft sole shoes or socks in the area (high traffic area!!!!). As if it’ll prevent the floor from eventually pulling apart or breaking. He does not feel he should get paid for the job and neither do I but he did put in a lot of hours. What is the best way to fix the areas that are messed up?

Thanks for the information Dave. My LT is surging right now and though it doesn't have a fuel pump (flooded suction only) I suspect by your diagnosis it's not getting enough fuel and that the fuel filter probably needs changing, since the air filter is new.

Your cabinet maker is not the problem. You have buyers remorse. You bought something perfectly ok and now that you see it, you want it changed. At the very least you both are at fault. You for not letting him know what you expected and him for not managing your expectations. There is nothing wrong with what he did. If you wanted a "built-in" look then that was a discussion that should have taken place. He should have supplied you with a set of CAD drawing for you to look at. You would have (or should have) discovered the issue then. If he is doing this at no cost you should feel blessed and give him nothing but excellent referals. Cracks can occur at fissures. And fissures can exist on their own, without cracking. That’s a normal part of stone. Repair of any of that, crack or fissure, is never an issue, unless they lack blending skills. But looking at your pictures a second time, the cooktop cutout has a sharp 90 inside corner. That is prohibited in all stone manufacturing. All inside corners should be radiused, to avoid stressing the stone. That sharp 90 is what caused that to crack. Reinforcement of epoxy will just shift the stress elsewhere. That will crack again, just in a slightly different adjacent spot. Holy close ups. You need to back up and take a full picture but for starters there appears to be no door sill. The repair is to pull the unit and install a sill and reinstall or since that looks like a run of the mill steel door buy a new prehung unit and swap them out. Since your picture is so close up it makes it almost impossible to get the full picture of what is going on this is only an educated guess at this point. And from the looks of it the jambs were not procured with the proper jamb depth and they jury rigged extension jambs from plywood instead of pine trim.
