Is there a reliable HVAC cold climate heat pump with hot water tied in

Is there a reliable HVAC cold climate air source heat pump with hot water heater tied in? If I switch my HVAC and hot water heater to a heat pump I can reduce the size of the flue pipe that is shared with my downstairs neighbor. The flue pipe is a different discussion.

I do want an efficient cold climate heat pump that won't need assistance to handle temperatures into the single digits. I am waiting on my HVAC redesign which I am expecting about 48,000 BTUs on the heat side. I live on the border of climate zones 4 and 5 on the east coast. It can dip down to the single digits during cold waves and into the upper 90s in heat waves. It's a condo so my only option is an air source heat pump.

Do heat pumps for HVAC and hot water need a separate water tank in order to handle heating (hot water) and cooling (A/C) at the same time? If so that would be a no go since I wouldn't have room.
