does the pot have a drainage hole? Is the soil well draining? You don’t want water rententive soil. It needs more light which is a challenge in October.

Indirect light s not enough, as whip said. Consider a light if you can't give it more natural light.

Pot is probably too big (Aloe juvenna behind is in a pot that seems to be also too big).

Can't tell much about the soil, looks very organic. I would add 50% of sifted perlite or pumice.

If my plant, I would prune it considerably. Here are some suggestions (don't forget, I am looking at the pic only):

Anything below the red line would stay potted (I would repot into smaller pot), it may grow. Anything above the yellow lines will be cuttings that should be rooted. The blue line shows alternative cutting (instead of where yellow is), looks like that stem is too long and very etiolated.

I would discard leftover stems (they could probably be rooted, but not unless you want many plants - better few healthy ones, than may etiolated = JMO). Ask should you have any further questions.

What sort of light do you mean?

I mean a supplemental lighting. Could be a grow light you buy, or a good LED or CFL light bulb, if you need it only for few plants. You can tell that plants are not getting enough light by the way they grow: long, skinny branches, leaves far apart. The color of leaves could get much lighter too.

Jade should grow leaves much closer together:

Cuts do not need to be on any angle, just straight across the stem. After cutting them, they should be left to callus-heal over. Usually, just an hour or few is enough. Pot them into dry mix, keep out of strong sun for a while, and do not water for at least 10 days.

Here are few cuttings, and after they were potted:

It is best to prune (and repot) plants when they are actively growing - that would be in spring. You should/could wait until then, but in the meantime make sure plant gets more light. You can have a spotlight hanging above the plant. It will grow during winter (slower than in season). You would want it to grow much more compact, not long and skinny. In spring you could prune it, pot up the cuttings and you will end up with much nicer plant.

If you have a window that gets direct light for as many hours as possible, maybe you can get away without supplemental lights. But it needs to be unobstructed, best would be south-west exposure. Winter is a problem because days are short and usually not very sunny. What is your general location or a growing zone?

I’m in Kansas zone 6b, right all my plants are on a west facing window, no other rooms have good lighting unfortunately so I’ll look into a light.

There is no such thing as a too big pot, only too much watering (and letting pot bases sit in water for extended periods).

I agree with embothrium - to some extent. You could place a small plant in a huge container (like half whisky barrel...).

BUT here arejust few reasons why I suggest smaller pot:

- potting mix needs to dry and drain very well, and most ppl use regular potting soil or even soil from outside. They do not drain well.

- often, as embothrium mentioned, pots are sitting in a saucer that collects excess water. It gets re-absorbed back, keeping roots of succulents wet for extended time. And, wet/constantly damp soil is also breading haven for many undesirables, like fungus gnats and many more .

- small plant looks lost in a big container. I know that this is a personal opinion and reason is aesthetics, but many (if not most) will agree... I think.

- big containers take too much space. This may not matter to some, but I rather have another plant in appropriate-sized, pot than huge pot taking all that space.

One more thing about containers: bowl-like pots look nice, but they are not very practical. As plant grows, it eventually may/will need repotting. Try to get it out from container with recurving top. It is more struggle, sometimes damaging the roots more than they would be and sometimes pot needs to be broken...

Most ppl, especially newer plant keepers/collectors/hoarders have many questions with most often asked is about watering. They most often overwater succulents, sometimes keep them too dry for fear of overwatering. Too often, ppl say that they 'water carefully - only a teaspoon full at the time' or some similar amount. Succulents needs water when needed. Experts tell us to water thoroughly, not in drips, and let mix drain well and dry up between watering. That could be few days or longer, most often depending on temperatures.
