Comments (10)thanks every one for the warm welcome. kylslil1 - The yellow skirt was some type of decorative pot. I think it is supposed to look like a tulip. sunnyca - your comment reminds me of Picasso and the Sylvette sculpture - Sylvette needed something to hold in her hand. I did think that arms would look nice, but I couldn't quite figure out how I wanted to attach them. I like the hangar idea. That'll give me some incentive to get the clothes to the dry cleaner - so I can get some wire hangars! I'll see what I come up with. I spent the day today mulching that whole area. You can no longer see the pallet pieces that the family is standing on - it's all mulched with wood chips....See Morenew: fotess happy holidays march swap!
Comments (130)Hi All! Heidi, we just had snow flurries about 15 minutes ago! I almost cried. But it didn't last and now the sun is shining. My mini daffs are up, but not by much, so hopefully the cold and flurries won't hurt them. I don't have any WS sprouts yet, either. Drat! Annie, it sounds like you will indeed have fun on your special Holiday (which, by the way, is the day after tomorrow!), and I'm still laughing over the joke! Good Job, Sharon! Well, Ladies, everyone has received everything they need to celebrate their very own Holiday on the 26th. There is only one thing left to do for this swap: If you have time on the 26th, would you please email your "send to" person, and the person who sent to you, and wish them a very Happy Holiday!? Many Thanks to all who participated, Jeanne and I both really appreciate the time you all take out of your busy lives to take part in these swaps - you are such a great group! See ya all over on the new April FOTESS swap, Shirley!...See MoreMy New Granddaughter (pic)
Comments (39)Oh, look at that princess, all in pink! We had 2 boys before we had our girl. No one on DH's side thought they'd have another girl. The last girl born had been in her 60s. Needless to say, our girl (who is now 13) is a bit spoiled, but she's such a good girl. Enjoy her! Sheryl...See MoreMy New Granddaughter
