Design Dilemma Home Decorating

need a rug for nursery

I have my design board posted first, actual room progress, rug I love (too expensive for budget at Serena and Lily), and the fabric fire the white glider that we are using.

Please help me find a high-traffic area rug (8x10) that won’t break the bank- less than $400 would be ideal but can may be go to $500. I’ve been scouring my local BST/ marketplaces for used but no luck.

Do I want a blue rug or neutral? I love geometric patterns but don’t want to compete with the wallpaper.

I know a flat weave drives my husband and carpet cleaner wild so I want to avoid those along with ruggable types.
