But so many posters on Apartment Therapy are kids in their first apartments. I wouldn't actually trust those reviews. Yelp's reviews are mixed. My guess is that they have the basic components of many styles of sofas that can be assembled pretty easily (I doubt they're actually sawing any timber to make the frame), and then have the upholstery done when you order it. I have had a horrible experience with my Flexsteel leather living room furniture, for which I paid over $8,000. I made a complaint within the first few weeks of delivery. I have a recliner, sofa with chaise lounge, and loveseats. Initially they stated the cushions were under-stuffed. After replacing the cushions, they stated the leather is stretched from having under-stuffed cushions and the warranty team stated they would replace the leather. It has been over a month and the warranty people won’t even call me back or return my emails as they promised. The furniture store I bought it from tried and tried to get the pieces fixed, but the warranty team is just not any good. I initially requested the most stuffed option, to increase the firmness of the set. I am attaching a photo of the set after their warranty team repaired it. They were supposed to come back to replace the leather nearly two months ago, but have not returned or called me back. I requested warranty work weeks after delivery and it has been a year. We live a quiet lifestyle with a family of 3 small people, nobody in our family weighs over 160 pounds.

I am just so obsessed with this look and all the products in it. Would love to know if anyone here has comments on any of the pieces in the photo - most of of what I've read is very positive in terms of the quality but new to the brand and would love any specific feedback on these pieces/fabrics before taking the plunge. My good friend owns a large Jones sectional in Oyster Linen and its very comfortable gorgeous but thats my only in person exposure to the brand. They have a pop up show house in NYC/TriBeCa in August which I'm hoping to attend but kind of don't wait till then to place my order and besides not even sure what products will be on display there! Any thoughts on Perry Chairs in Nubuck, Muir Sectional Sofa, Morro Large Table and Mott Stool in Shearling. TIA!

I just bought, but haven’t received yet, a five piece Radley sectional from Macy’s since it was really marked down for Black Friday. I had been searching online for months and also at other furniture stores and everything was huge! Size-wise this was the only one that would fit in our space, got decent reviews and at the store I was able to try it out and found it very comfortable! Ordered it in a warm, dark brown Java color. Going into the store is great because the sales people are super knowledgeable about how you can refigure it. It’s not a really high end couch and probably most of the time we’ll have it covered in throws- but frankly, I wanted something not too froufrou since we have dogs and a new grandchild. I did buy the 5-year warranty that covers just about anything from stains to a cat tearing it up with its claws, or so said the sales lady. Anyway, I’m excited about it, so we’ll see!
