Oh No! The worst thing I've ever done to another Gardenwebber.
Comments (11)ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so glad you felt free to share this story with us, Lynda! You had me laughing harder than I have in years! When I thought I couldn't laugh any harder, I read your signature! LOL!!!!!!!!! FloodTheLast got me giggling again with, "Also if I get such an email in the future I will no longer believe any excuses, ;P" LOL!!!! But, seriously, Lynda, I think we've all accidentally sent an embarassing email before and had it come back to bite us. You apologized, and I'm sure the member really understands. Now, we can all look back on this great story and just giggle every now and then. That's what I love about humor. It's rarely funny when it's happening to you at that moment, but later, it really can bring a good chuckle. Blessings, Angela...See MoreOh no, I feel a rampage coming on...
Comments (20)i completely sympathize w/ all of you. august is the one month that i am really NOT proud of our gardens. there is a famous garden designer/gardener in Vancouver, Pam Frost, who will not let anyone visit her garden in August. 'blousy' is her term for it, but then Pam's english, and the english are so lovely with their euphamisms.i think the use of 'scruffy' in one of the above posts- is far more appropriate. I myself call it 'the jungle', when the plants on our narrow paths really take the term 'touchy feely' to new heights. whacking and pruning are great for purging and purifying. as we are in our houses, when the chaos gets out of control, we can get quite uncomfortable. So Ms. Snippy if on the prowl, feeling better every hour.... best, mindy...See MoreOH NO...NOT my Hosta!!

Comments (40)Does this tell you anything? lol The basket is 5" tall.. I'm not about to dump them all out to count, but I should dump them out fairly soon to cull. I know there's some dark shades on the bottom that I'm not likely to wear again. Marilyn, I'm very familiar with the sort of shade you prefer, as it's one of my favorites too--although my preference might lean more toward the brown than yours. If you think of it, check out L'Oreal's "Mica." I was surprised to see it recently (at Walmart) as I remember wearing it years ago. I still like it a lot. Also see if you like Maybelline's "On the Mauve" or the lighter "Pink Quartz." And Clinique's "Pink Bamboo."...See More- 6 years ago
