This was our dessert for Sunday Lunch -- another Ina recipe and I've made it before and it is good. Especially when you tire of the endless cinnamon nutmeg versions of apple pie. It's clean and crisp and you can taste the apple!

I've always wanted to make one of these but never have apricot jelly when I think of it. lol!
