Need Help to Confirm Range Hood CFM

Hello, I’m planning to replace my current range hood as it’s underpowered. I researched online on how to compute for my needed CFM based on cooktop width, BTU and kitchen size. I need at least 250-300 CFM.

In my country, CFM is not disclosed in most products, only suction power. I’m looking for a 90cm range hood and the ones available usually has a 1000 m3/h suction power with minimum of 6” ducting.

Is this enough? I felt compelled to convert 1000m3/h to cfm to get its cfm, but I think that’s wrong. How do you convert suction power to CFM I need, because I want to straight up convert it and get around 580 something cfm, but I think that’s wrong.

Thanks in advance!
