With your roof, and siding I would do Dark Bronze. Your existing colors do not lend well to Black Windows and Doors in my opinion.

Thank you for your response! What about with some of the black brick in there, would that compliment the black windows or Still no? Should I just play it safe and do the sandtone for the exterior windows...leave it as is?

All six of them, lol? Still no. If you want a little contrast go Dark Bronze, personally the sandtone blends too much for me.

Agree with above: no black, too high-contrast, go dark bronze. The current windows just disappear.

I agree with you! My only issue is that we have a new black sliding door in the back of the house....where it is black exterior...so the bronze window frames might clash with the black sliding door. My safest bet might be the sandtone here, which is boring but with the investment might be safest. thoughts?

The last color for a door would be black in that dark entry and I agree bronze windows if you are not changing anything else. I actually do not like the siding color with the brick.Then go to work on that really boring landscaping and a proper walkway from the street to the front door

The bronze should look fine with the black slider in the back of the house and quite frankly, few people view the back of the house from a distance.

Do the bronze and have the best outcome for the curb view of your home.

Once again I agree the black might not fit for my home, which is a bummer because I do like that look. Like I said the bronze windows with the black sliding door will clash. Looks like boring ole sandtone! :) least its safe and fits the neighborhood. Im exciting for Anderson400 windows though!

If you click on the photo in houssaon's post, it will enlarge and you can see they are bronze windows.

Can you post a picture of the back of your house? What about white windows? Maybe paint the portico posts and porch railings white as well? The first image is similar. That might allow you to use the black door if you really like the look of a black door. Not sure how it would look with keeping the soffit color the same, but just throwing out ideas! The second image is a house with similar colors as yours, with a black door, which looks nice too. Granted, both houses have shutters and your home is not conducive to adding shutters.

Thank you! That second picture is pretty spot on with my home color scheme. Here is a picture of the back of my home. As you can see my sliding door is black. Just trying to picture that on the windows....or the bronze. Look forward to your thoughts. Sorry about the hot wheels coaster there. :)
