Should I re pot my teddy bear succulent?

A while ago I had a Kalanchoe tomentosa (Teddy bear succulent for short), it suddenly started to wither and die and by the time I got help the plant was far gone. Before it had completely died I had tried to plant the leaves in other soil and only 1 stayed alive and started to grow new life. So I really don't have room for error on this one. I tried looking up videos on how to re pot a small plant but all the plants are much larger than this and I just don't want to kill it, it's so small. Right now it's rooming with some other outdoor succulent plants but the conditions just aren't favorable. What should I do?

I should mention that I plan on keeping it inside next to a window with a sun lamp on it next to my other cactus.
